General Terms & Conditions ·
To secure
a booking a deposit payment to the value of your first nights accommodation is required ·
Balance to
be paid a week prior to arrival ·
Payment
indicates acceptance of these terms & conditions ·
If you
cancel or reschedule your booking less than 3 weeks prior to arrival your
deposit is not refundable, if after making all reasonable efforts to do so,
we are unable to obtain an alternative booking of equal value. ·
The number
of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the
booking details. In the event that any additional
persons stay at the property an additional fee will apply according to our
usual rates and/ or we reserve the right to terminate the booking with no
refund. ·
Pets are
allowed by negotiation ·
The
property is non smoking
indoors Special events ·
Premium
rates, minimum stay and early payment apply for race car events ·
Minimum
stay for long weekends, Easter & Christmas ·
Once full
payments are made no refunds, unless owner/ manager makes an exception |
